Leaving Pokhara the mountains were gorgeous and stretched across the sky. There's a quick pic of our room as well.
We traveled to Chitwan Nation Park today. It took 4.5 hours and was infinitely better than the first car trip ... everyone slept. We arrived at noon and went swimming in our swank hotel with grounds (it was recommended that we go high end because of the mosquito risk during the monsoons).
Then we went to a nearby village and learned about the tharu people. Just driving there we saw a gharial croc, a salt water croc, two spotted deer, a baby rhino and two adult rhinos.
